Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, the 12th President of India, visited BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir, Neasden, on Sunday 21 October 2007. The two distinguished guests arrived in the evening festival assembly shortly after 8pm and were welcomed by the trustees.

Amidst glorious April sunshine, the annual BAPS Sponsored Walk was held on Sunday 15 April 2007 at nine BAPS Swaminarayan Mandirs and Centres across the UK.
