Booking Information

For Individuals & Families

Individuals and families are not required to book their visit in advance. Upon arrival, please enquire at the Reception Desk regarding the availability of a guide. If a guide is not available, you are welcome to explore the mandir and follow the information signposts located at various points throughout the mandir.

For Schools & Other Groups

For schools and other groups, advanced booking is required to make your visit more organised and productive. Full details about School Visits and Group Visits can be found by following the respective links.

Booking Procedure

To book a visit, fill in the online booking form, which will be automatically submitted to the Booking Office.

The form allows you to select your preferred date (unavailable dates cannot be selected), time, group size, and other details. Each booking submission accommodates up to 50 visitors; however, you may submit multiple bookings if your group exceeds this number. Once the day, date, and time slot have been selected and your booking confirmed, you will automatically receive a confirmation email.

If your group exceeds 100 visitors, we recommend contacting us by email with your group size and preferred dates (as shown as available on the booking form). This will enable us to assist you in ensuring the smoothest possible booking experience.

Booking Changes Procedure

Your booking confirmation email will include a booking link under the section titled ‘Making Booking Changes’. Using this link, you may make amendments, including changing the date, time, and visitor details, among other options.

Cancellation Procedure

If, after confirming your booking, you realise that you will be unable to proceed with your visit, please use the booking link provided in the ‘Making Booking Changes’ section of your confirmation email and select ‘Yes’ to cancel when prompted, as soon as possible. This will allow your time slot to be made available for another group.

Please note that this process must be completed separately for each booking confirmation you have received if you have made multiple bookings.
